Since we live in an age of innovation, a practical education must prepare a man for work that does not yet exist and cannot yet be clearly defined. ~ Peter F. Drucker
In the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program, experienced teachers and entrepreneurs teach the skills and processes necessary for bringing innovations to market via practical, real-world projects. The program also teaches the personal skills that are critical to business success such as networking, presentations, and leading teams.
By the end of the course, students will have created a fully developed project plan supporting their innovation in their existing corporation or in a new venture.
The program comprises five courses:
The next class starts September 26th, 2010 and runs until May 27th, 2011.
The courses involve a series of three-day intensive hands-on classes held every three weeks throughout the academic year. In addition, the students present their progress in weekly meetings, held at QSTP in Doha, outside of business hours.
